Vittoria I.Pavoni and it's brands, are a trading name of FIRMATO EGO and in the following Terms and Conditions the words Vittoria I.Pavoni, Pavoni and/or The Company are used to refer to FIRMATO EGO.

You undertake that all goods so purchased by you, are for your own private and domestic use only and you accept email as a valid means of communication of any agreement between you and Spoilt Rotten.

Contract for the Supply of Goods

The display of goods on the Vittoria I.Pavoni website amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated.

No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Vittoria I.Pavoni unless, and until, an email is sent by Vittoria I.Pavoni to you confirming that your order has been shipped. You must check that the details of your confirmation email are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy for your records.

This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Vittoria I.Pavoni (or 3rd party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by the company) of your offer to buy goods from Vittoria I-Pavoni and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. 

Vittoria I.Pavoni are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.

The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative colour tone in the event of the original being unavailable.

Site Information

To the fullest extent permitted at law, Vittoria I.Pavoni is providing this site and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents. Vittoria I.Pavoni disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Vittoria I.Pavoni does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.

Processing of orders

Vittoria I.Pavoni will aim to ship all in stock items within 7 working days* of receiving your order, but your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock . Some items may be unavailable. We regret we are not able to supply dates when our company may get an item in stock. You may keep track of the progress of your order on-line by logging in  and selecting the Order Management Menu.

Bespoke items and specially commissioned items may take up to 45 days.

Please note that your order may be sent to you in instalments.

All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.

Shipments to your delivery address maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges to clear customs must be borne by you.

You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country so we advise that customers contact their local customs office for further information. Note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

* Monday-Friday. Not applicable over weekend hours.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return it to us in its original condition (unopened, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund.

Please note: we cannot provide a refund on returned items, if they have been opened or used.

Limitation of Liability

This liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Except as set out below, neither Firmato Ego nor any of their directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. 

Vittoria I.Pavoni does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of negligence of Firmato Ego, its directors, employees or other representatives. 

Vittoria I.Pavoni does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Vittoria I.Pavoni shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Vittoria I.Pavoni of the problem in writing to care@vittoriaipavoni.com within 7 days of delivery of the goods. 

Vittoria I.Pavoni does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Vittoria I.Pavoni website or for any products purchased from the Vittoria I.Pavoni website. Vittoria I.Pavoni will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.

Illegal Acts

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on the Vittoria I.Pavoni website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Governing Law

Purchases from Vittoria I.Pavoni are subject to English Law.

Modification of Terms

Vittoria I.Pavoni reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Vittoria I.Pavoni website. These terms and conditions will apply to your order once you have received your confirmation email. They will supersede any other terms and conditions in whatever form given. Please print and retain a copy of the terms and conditions once you have received your confirmation email.
